Sometimes I get sexually aroused and have continuous thoughts about sexual intercouse because I’m sexually frustrated. I’m not sure that can lead to pre-cum. I also suffer from major anxiety and paranoia. however. I can’t correlate if this happens every time I think about sex, probably not.
I go to be sometime and think about sexual activities when I go to be. I just experienced it today but did not have sexudkh fantasies. I little drip after I urinste.
I’ve had protected sex in the last few years as well.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.
I suggest doing a urine test and a complete blood count to confirm the diagnosis.
If the diagnosis is confirmed I recommend taking antibiotics.
The preferred antibiotic in this case is Ciprofloxacine 500 mg twice a day for seven days.
It is a prescription medication, so you should consult your doctor about this treatment.
I also recommend to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Should I make an appointment with my doctor? Can it go away on its own or should I ask the doctor for a UTI test?
Is there a rest I can order to confirm? Is there a quick way to get it tested?

Hi again dear,
You can do a urine test at home.
Over-the-counter home test AZO Test Strips show the level of leukocyte (white blood cells).
If this level is high you have an infection which should be treated with antibiotics.
In this case, you should make an appointment with your doctor to take the prescription.
Hope my answer was helpful.
Kind regards!

I took the AZO test and attached result. I see a little reaction from the Leukocytes (pic is side ways). This is the Leukocytes on left. Do you see a shade of discolor?
I may have to take it again. First time I get up in the morning

Last picture was how it looked a few hours after testing.

Re: Last pic. Not if letting it sick for 1-2 hours impacts the test strip results. Not sure how long the test takes.

I took the test a 2nd time and uploaded. It's the last pic uploaded. About 15 min after test

I am not sure how complete the pads need to be filled. It stated the Nitrate should be uniform in color and not just on the edges for test positive.

I am Male 45 years old.
