The Last Week When I Am Sleeping I Will Wake
Question: The last week when I am sleeping I will wake up with my hands fallen asleep, numb. Then after I wake up I have tingling fingers and itchy palms.
Today the tingling in my fingers has lasted all day.

I also feel a little weak and dizzy at times.
Not sure if this is a result of not sleeping well or not eating enough, thought I should add this.

Hello and welcome,
Tingling and numbness are "paresthesias", abnormal nerve sensations. Since they are starting from when you are sleeping, they may be due to a nerve or nerves being stimulated. It may be that while you are sleeping, your are stretching a nerve in your arms (as can happen when sleeping with arms overhead), or that you are compressing a nerve with pressure on it.
It's hard to say whether the dizziness and feeling weak (fatigued?) is related, but if you aren't sleeping well, both problems could be related to it.
If possible, consider changing your sleep position (at least what you start off with) and see if that helps.
If you are a vegetarian or vegan, I would recommend getting your B12 level checked and a complete blood count (which can indicate both iron deficiency and pernicious anemia by the size of the red blood cells).
If there is any chance you might be deficient, you might consider a B-complex vitamin supplement.
I hope this information helps.
