Now local practitioner who is a lady gynecologist telling for the physical cleaning procedure.

Sadly the respected doctor did not make any precautions / repercussions or any description about the procedure.

Brief Answer:
She should go for a D&C procedure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.

I have gone through your history and reports in detail and understand your concerns.
As your ultrasound shows retained products of conception means the tissue is left behind in uterus after medical abortion ( which you have taken under the supervision of a doctor).

In your case, you must go for a surgical procedure to evaluate the product called dilatation and curettage (D&C).

It is an OPD procedure and full aseptic precautions to be taken before going to the procedure.
It is done by an expert, a 1-day stay is required or discharge in generally 5-6 hours, done under local and general anesthesia with a full aseptic measure.

So go to any expert Gynecologist for the same.
Repeat dose of misoprostol is not advisable in your case.

Hope you found this useful, feel free to ask for more information.
Good luck
Regards
