Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask a doctor' service.
I am Dr. Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your details and here is my opinion.

Over salivation is usually not associated with any organic cause.
It is usual in Vitamin B3 Niacin deficiency deficiency.
Commercially available vitamin B supplements may help.
Have your thyroid levels been checked in recent past?

It is very likely that you are suffering from a mixed AD Syndrome with predominant anxiety.
External stresses are quite evident.

Bereavement and grief due to loss of your father and being qualified but seeking out for job are the triggers.

It may present as a feeling of doom, irritability, agitation, loss of sleep, lack of drive, palpitations, inability to concentrate, anorexia, social withdrawal, and multiple physical symptoms as in your case.

Destress yourself, do meditation, take sun exposure daily, learn relaxation techniques and belly breathing, get counseling and behavioral therapy, have a nourishing diet with plentiful fruits and vegetables.

Drink plenty of water to reduce salivation and use mouth wash.

If the symptoms continue, visit your clinician for further work up.
He would start antidepressants and antianxiety drugs.

Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
