Brief Answer:
Sublingual vein. Nothing to worry, kindly upload photos of your tongue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for consulting Ask A Doctor service.
This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and understand your concern. As far as blackish vessels under tongue is concerned it can be sublingual veins of the tongue. They're purple or blue and can be seen running along the underside and sides of your tongue. They usually develop and become more prominent with age.

Nothing to be worried so much. If possible kindly upload the image of your tongue that will be helpful for me to give you proper diagnosis.

Hope this will help you.
