Question: There are a couple punctate foci of T2/flair hyperintense signal within the periventricular and deep white matter of the bilateral cerebral hemispheres.Incidentalnote is made of an developmental venous anomaly within the right frontal lobe.What does this mean?

Hyperintense foci in T2/flair sequences of MRI are more likely to be related to the ischemic brain matter changes due to unstable blood pressure, especially high blood pressure.
Incidental venous anomaly refers to any venous enlargement/communication or abnormal venous drainage (venous angiomas for example), that are considered as conditions without any clinical significance.
I think these issues should be discussed with your Neurologist also.
