Question: There are small bumps under both the eyes.
There was only one small bump that appeared 2 years back and because of itching these bumps have increased.Sometimes these bumps are itching.
Is there any cream or any medications to get rid of it

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
These are looking like syringomas which are benign tumours of the skin. I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by radio frequency ablation.
It is a minor office procedure.
For the itching take tablet fexofenadine 180 mg once daily at bedtime for 10 days.
