There Is Something That Seems “off” With Me, But Quite
Question: There is something that seems “off” with me, but quite frankly I do not know if I need someone in cardiology, immunology (is this coronavirus exposure?) or psychology (am I overreacting?)!
I chose cardiology because I am currently under a cardiologist care for an enlarged Aorta at sinus of Valsalva (46 mm). This was discovered after periodic, but brief lightheaded events. I have been prescribed Rosuvastatin 10mg, Metoprolol ER Succinate 25 mg, and Lisinopril 5 mg.
Symptoms. I used “off” to describe symptoms because they do not lend themselves to “crisp” description. In the last two days, I have been experiencing times when my breathing seems a bit “off” and other times when it does not. When it seems “off”, I take deep breaths to see if there are any issues, but I can always take a deep breath. Secondly, my nasal passages seem dry sometimes and other times it does not (in house humidity is 44%). This week has been particularly stressful.
Self Checkup. I have attached a EKG from consumer device called AliveCor KardiaMobile 6L. My blood pressure is 109/69, which is an average over ten minutes. Heart rate is about 65 bpm. Blood oxygen is typically 98%, although it can fall slightly when I lay down to go to bed. Temperature under tongue is 98.6.
Coronavirus Exposure. Although mostly staying in, I have gone to stores like Target and Walmart and gone through a fast food drive-thru in the past several days. I always where a mask and latex gloves when going into stores, keep my distance from others, and wash my hands and wipe groceries with 91% isopropyl alcohol when I get back home.
My key concern is whether this is a (1) heart issue, (2) coronavirus exposure, or (3) increased stress.
Your advice is appreciated.

Brief Answer:
All three possible
Detailed Answer:
all three possibility you mentioned are possible but essentially does not look like any serious issue as of now. As symptoms are intermittent with good oxygen sats and no fever Corona virus less likely. cardiac is possible but very high on list. but low sats on laying down can suggest cardiac issue. however looking at over all picture stress and over exertion or mental fatigue looks like more likely diagnosis. as of now good water intake rest should help. do some warm salt water gargling three times day. However if symptoms worsen than need to get test like CBC ECg echo and chest x ray. continue your regular medicines
