What food to take particularly, to deal with this? And, lastly, how to keep a check and manage a moderate lifestyle?
Details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If PCOD is not treated then it can lead to metabolic disorder, diabetes, obesity and infertility.
If you are doing better, your weight will decrease and you will have regular normal periods.
You need to have a low-calorie diet rich in fibre and a regular exercise to increase your metabolic rate and lose the extra weight. You can consult a dietician for a detailed dietary plan specific to your dietary choices.
You need to regularly monitor your body weight and gradually increase the daily exercise to maintain a moderate lifestyle.
