Brief Answer:
Eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi. thank you.
I have viewed the image.
He may use an intensive moisturizer, regularly for his hands. For the eczematous patches, I advise him to use a potent topical steroid e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream or halobetasol propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily. These are prescription medications. In addition to that, he may also take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

Take care.

Thanks for your presecription doctor. He does not have itching but the skin is very sensitive. A slight peel it pains ( as if skin as thinned down) he has it only on hands.
Any pointers as to what could be the possible reasons for this? This may help me in fixing his environment or things around him to further increasing the issue. Anything he needs to avoid?
I shall get the cream as suggested. Thanks again. Please enlighten us on the above questions which should help me.

Brief Answer:
Eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
hi.
Yes, oilatum lotion is good. He can use it regularly for hands.. Underlying dryness of skin and repeated washing may exacerbate or precipitate this sort of problem. He may use the creams I suggested on the affected patches only
Take care.
