Thanks for posting your query. If you could share the prescription it would be great. I would suggest you follow the below medicines:

Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once daily after food for 3 days.
Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when required
Salt water gargling
Adequate rest and fluids 3 to 4 lts per day
