From this report it shows mild hypothyroidism, please also let me know if you are pregnant then results varies , next test is free thyroid levels and anti- tpo and tg antibodies are helpful in knowing etiology

Tab levothyroxine can be started under guidance of endocrinologist or md medicine with complete physical examination he will prescribe you

Others things that can help you are control BMI ( avoid obesity) ,yoga, meditation can help , eat healthy food like fresh fruits juices steamed vegetables and amla aloevera XXXXXXX antioxidants, multivitamin like natalins Rx for a week ( sky breathing exercises techniques also shows good results)and guidance of endocrinologist and these things can help to overcome this
