Hello
Thanks for the query.
Before answering your question I need certain informations from you so that I am in a better position to reply.
Is this the first time he is having such type of pain?
Is there any burning in his urine?
Does he feel any swelling locally?
Has he examined his testicle and found any lump or hardness there?
Does he find problem in walking?
Did he get some local injury?
Waiting for your reply.
Thanks

Hello
You get problem in walking if you either have pulled muscle or torsion of testis.
If he is better now and there is no discomfort, then it is better to wait and watch.
If the problem subsides n next couple of days, then nothing is to be done however,if problem remains or aggravates then you must consult your urologist for further investigation and management.
Best of luck
