Erection is meant for a satisfactory sexual intercourse.
You have mentioned the tilt.
I need further details. If the erection is strong and sustained enough for entry and perform the act, it is well and good.
Are you sexually active or it has come down due to the problem?

But early ejaculation is there.
Amount of ejaculation is less after one performance

As drugs are available on prescription, you have to consult an Urologist/Specialist in Sexology of your area.
He will be able to select best drug and proper dose for your case out of dapoxetine, tramadol, clomipramine and desensitizing creams.
Less amount of semen after one performance is normal.
Before intercourse you should excite your partner fully, so that she gets orgasm before you.
