Question: Today, On day 15 of follicular study, minimal free fluid seen but follicle has not ruptured. Size of follicle 21*21 mm. I had taken hcg 10000 on day 12 when follicle size was 19*20mm.
What does this mean?
I also had slight heaviness in abdomen area on day 14.
More details- I am pcos patient and do not ovulate. Complete absent of period. Trying to conceive with letroz + hcg shot.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Your symptoms are suggestive of anovulatory cycle, means your follicle did not get ruptured and released its egg,so chances of pregnancy are not there in this cycle and follicle become cyst.
It could be due to PCOS in your case.

It is normal finding in ultrasound.
You should not worry about it, it may get 2-3 cycles to rupture the egg sometime.
