Brief Answer:
Ext/Int hemorrhoid; perianal boil or developing abscess condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.

* As per my clinical experience, bump near anus hole may be indicative of
- external hemorrhoid
- prolapsed internal hemorrhoid
- peri anal boil or developing an abscess

Kindly provide me further details, so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Duration of the bump with progress since the beginning.
2. Size, shape, consistency, overlying skin changes as raised temperature,
redness or others
3. Defecation details as constipation, blood in the stool, if any?
4. If possible and no objection, a photo image of the lump as an
attachment during next follow up for better evaluation and guidelines

Awaiting your response.
Take care.

Regards.

small hemorrhoid likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Pramodchandra
Thanks for the follow up.
I have evaluated your attachment showing the lump over anal region.

* Most likely it seems to be small hemorrhoid type growth in the anal region.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Guidelines for better recovery are as follow

- manage to have smooth bowel evacuations with
high fiber diet
bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk
- analgesic and anti inflammatory medicines as per the pain scale
- avoid all spices, non veg, junk foods if consuming

- sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water 10 minutes each 3
times a day )
- local application of Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly after defecations and sitz bath

- avoid tight jeans, sitting on hard surfaces, long drives
- specific medications are needed if there is bleeding per rectum

* Proven internal hemorrhoid, not responding to conventional measures may
need a laser surgery as well.

* One time consultation with expert consultant surgeon for anoscopy
