Hi,
Thanks for uploading the results.
You have mentioned your weight as 127 Kg and height as 176 cm.
The BMI calculated with these is 41 which indicates you are extremely obese.
Your fatty liver, high blood pressure and PCOS are related to obesity.
Obesity is a known risk factor for fatty liver. Other common risk factors being diabetes, high cholesterol, alcohol intake.
Most often fatty liver remains silent without causing any issues and in these circumstances the liver function test would be normal. But sometimes it proceeds to next stage called steatohepatitis in which the liver enzymes especially ALT are elevated. In your case ALT is elevated significantly.
You can go ahead with Dlap.
For liver issues, the following should be done-
1. Weight reduction. The ideal BMI is less than 25 ( yours is 41)
2. Keep blood glucose and cholesterol under control
3.Take medications like Obetocholic acid and saroglitazar under the supervision of a gastroenterologist.
4. Get a fibroscan done to look for fibrosis (scarring) in the liver.
Obesity do affect the outcome of IVF.

Brief Answer:
Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The risk factor for fatty liver in you is obesity.
So you need to reduce weight and keep BMI at less than 25.
Yes, it is reversible if the risk factor is eliminated.
Take the supplements I have mentioned in my previous post.
Take high fiber diet. Avoid saturated and trans fats ( avoiding meat, poultry skin, butter, hydrogenated oils)
It does not always lead to cirrhosis.

Dr.R.K.
