Brief Answer:
If you are having frequent stools, stop laxative

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Please stop laxative.
Rectal bleeding can be due to haemorrhoids/fissure in ano.
In fissure there will be pain during and after defecation.
These things will be confirmed by digital examination and proctoscopy by surgeon.
Take high fiber diet for few days and observe.
If bleeding is still present, consult your doctor and get examined.
Sometimes, you need a colonoscopy for the cause of bleeding rectum.
Wish you good health
Regards
