Brief Answer:
Add physiotherapy in your treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Your symptoms are not matching with your MRI Report. These symptoms appear only when the disc prolapse is at higher level.
Continue medicines and more importantly - start Isometric Neck Exercises under expert supervision of A physiotherapist.
Normally we expect the disc disease to settle clinically in about 6 weeks but it depends on your symptoms and MRI appearance. Also the Exercises and precautions to be continued for almost lifetime.
Collar can be discontinued once the pain is reduced.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
