Tread Mill Test Completed In 63 Minutes. What Does It Indicate?

Question: my tmt got completed in 63 minutes ,what it indicate.
Brief Answer:
More data to interpret! / ECG not duration counts
Detailed Answer:
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Symptoms like chest pain / signs like blood pressure / ECG changes like downsloping ST depression 1 mm or more from the J point – are indicators of ischemia.
It is not the duration that counts... 63 minutes is rather too long for an ordinary person!
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

duration is 6 minute 3 second. Kindly recommend weather other parameter like heart beat rate of 102 at rest and maximum of 198 during 5min of exercise indicate any thing. More before tmt bp is 130/90 and during test it reaches to 174/80and also i had slight pain in chest during test .
Brief Answer:
Heart Disease unlikely...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The resting heart rate is a bit high - could be from anxiety
The rate and pressure response to exercise are OK
Duration is reasonable
As mentioned ECG changes are a must to make the diagnosis...
Your age and these features do not favour Ischemic Heart Disease...
Regards
