Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Adenomyosis if large can lead to miscarriage. Please attach ultrasound scan report if you have.

2) I dont think you need any treatment for adenomyosis oral or IM. It is not going to reduce adenomyosis size significantly.

3) No need to delay the treatment for fertility with these medicines.

4) I suggest you go ahead with IVF treatment immediately. IUI has success rate of about 10 percent only.

5) Low AMH means low egg reserve and need to go ahead with IVF soon.

I was planning to go with 3 monthlupron flowed by iui but no ivf
My prolactin is only 0.5 is that ok
AMH is 0.96
