Brief Answer: Hello Detailed Answer: Such sores are due to bacterial infection of hair follicles.Commonly see if you have diabetes , low immunity, low hygiene . dry nose or nose picking habits. You need to take a course of antibiotic.After that prevent nose picking if any and also maintain moist nasal interior by adding normal saline. If any such sore gets painful then analgesics can help reduce pain and inflammation. This should help.Also get your sugar levels checked. Hope this helps.Please ask if there are doubts. Regards
