Tretinoin On My Scrotum To Remove Fordyce Spots Now Its Sweaty

Question: I recently used tretinoin on my scrotum to remove fordyce spots and it's left me with excessively sweaty balls which is unusual as my scrotum is usually very dry and never really swears like that. I applied 0.0025% tretinoin cream twice over a couple of days but stopped once i noticed my balls were getting very moist. It's been about a day and a half since I stopped using the cream and they're still sweating even if the room temperature is cold. Has anyone ever heard of this happening? Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

To add some more information, my skin was peeling for about a day, but then afterwards the sweating started and no more peeling has happened.

Apply desonide lotion 0.05 % daily in night for a week.
Take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg daily in night for a week.
