Question: Hello Doctor,
This is XXXXXXX married for last 2.5 years. We have been trying for baby from last almost 10 months but haven't got any success yet.

We met with Gynecologist in January this year, she saw old blood reports & scans and didn't see any problem with any report but asked her to watch follicle size in next cycle without any medication.

In Feb cycle, 10th and 12th day follicle size was same (11x12mm), on 21st day it was 17x18mm, 22nd day 23x24mm, 24th day 38x33mm (minimal fress fluid).

Dr suggested that it seems egg is not growing properly and not rupturing also, she asked to take tablet CCQ50 mg twice daily for 5 days from 2nd day of cycle.

in march cycle, follicle scan results were: day 10th 15x14mm, 12th day 17x15mm, 13th day 19x17 mm and same day Fertigyn 5000 inj was given, 15th day 21x19 mm, 16th day 25x29 mm and one more Fertigyn injection was given, day 20th 37x38 mm and not ruptured.

Dr suggested that don't do anything next month and let's just wait, egg might grow properly next month without any medicine. we couldn't know the root problem.

We met with another Infertility specialist at the end of march this year, she asked us to undergo several blood test, Rubella IGG, HSG, Semen analysis and except Rubella all other results were good. She was not immune with Rubella so vaccine was given on 5-may-2012 and Dr told to wait for next 3 months to effect vaccine on body.

Just to let you know XXXXXXX has unwanted hairs on some body parts from the age of about 15 yr. From Sept-2009 to Jun-2010 (10 months) she took tablet "YASMIN" for it as per doctor's advice and stopped after that. Unwanted hairs are still in body and slightly growing.

one doctor also suggested to go for laproscopic DHR + drilling and mentioned that it will improve ovulation. We haven't gone for this yet.

We have all reports and can be sent through email, please provide us your opinio what should we do now next.
