Your scan says that your uterus is normal but you have 2 ovarian cysts. They are both small in size and may not require surgery yet unless they grow in size.Although the scan says that they are complex cysts, they may be physiological cysts which are often seen in certain phases of the menstrual cycle. Some ovarian markers need to be done like CA125,CEA,CA 19.9. These are all blood tests and will tell more about the type of cyst. The scan can be repeated after 3 months. Also possibility of chocolate cyst(sign of endometriosis) needs to be rule out but can be done by a diagnostic laproscopy.Since the left sided cyst is resolving, there will be some amount of free fluid in the Pelvis. I suggest a follow up scan after 3 cycles. It should be done just after menses.Meanwhile the blood tests can be done.If your doctor decides to go for a laproscopy, nothing like it.
