Trying To Conceive, Tube Blocked And Other Open. Had Laproscopy For Genital TB. HSG Was Done. Ayurvedic Treatment?
Medical History: Last year, my wife gone through a laproscopy surgery (discharge summery attached) and found that genital TB and treatment for the same continued for 9 months. Now treatment is over but she could not conceive. HSG was performed in Feb 2013. Doctors asked to wait for few months then surgery will be required. Few days back, we went to India's biggest hospital and they advised for test tube baby or surgery for second option.
Is there any possible treatment in Ayurveda without any surgery or test tube baby?

Thanks for contacting XXXXXXX and after going through your query and reports, I have come up with following concerns, suggestions and treatment:
1. Going by the reports of your wife, she is not suffering from any Endocrinol pathology (thyroid profile normal,no galactorrhea i.e. prolactin level is also normal)
2. Although she is not able to conceive, is her ovulation normal ?
3. Your semen analysis is normal apart from 5-6 pus cells: it is normal to have pus cells in the semen, but high levels indicate infection, hopefully your doctors have ruled out any bacterial/fungal infection of the urinary tract, moreover normal semen analysis means you have not passed TB into her.
4. Although treatment was over, but notes on OPD card 2nd May 2013 says: AFB negative and PCR positive: was anything said/done about this?
5. What does EA in the OPD reports means?..if it stands for endometrial ablation,in such cases chances of getting pregnant are less/few because lining which nourishes the fetus is removed (correct me if I am wrong the subject)
6. In Ayurveda, Panchkarma Procedure "Uttar Basti" has shown encouraging results in blocked fallopian tube cases, you can contact Dr. Mamta of Udupi SDM college and/or Dr. B.S XXXXXXX at YYYY@YYYY for the same.
7. As in your case tubal blockage is due to pelvic infection thus medicine or surgical correction MAY not be possible, and moreover Age of wife mentioned in reports is 26 so it is/will be a good option to opt for IVF because if you delay or opt for it in later decade it may result in congenital anomalies.
8. Successful IVF at AIIMS of a women suffering from genital TB was a landmark achievement in March 2008, you can also consult with Dr XXXXXXX Mittal, HoD, Obstetrics and Gynaecology at AIIMS.
9. Hopefully I have given due time and response to your mentioned queries, revert back for any further concerns, will be highly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your reply.
As per your answer, it is best to go for IVF. Both of us have agreed to go for this.
My latest report of semen analyses says puss-cells 6-8. Is it normal because doctors have not advised any medicines. Can you suggest any Ayurvedic medicines to lower down puss cells?
