Is Anything On This MRI Concerning Or Surgical?

Question: Trying to get insight into MRI- findings: C5/6 mild osteopathic ridging flattens ventral margin of thecal sac. c6/7 prominent ridge of osteophytes with disc osteophyte complex flattening ventral margin of thecal sac. Mild bony neural foraminal stenosis. Overall impression: c5/6, c6/7 moderate spondyolotic changes. Does this mean there is stenosis? Symptoms are neck pain occasional achy pain into shoulders, no numbness or tingling into extremities, no weakness. Also get sharp pain in neck and some head/neck “jerking” in certain positions at night when I lay down. Is anything on this mri concerning or surgical?

Hi there
Thanks for the query
According to the report it just mentions that there is arthritis of the spine and there is extremely less compression of the spinal canal but no evidence of stenosis is mentioned in the report provided.
The symptoms you have appear like part of symptoms due to arthritis due to improper posture and not surgically concerning. You will benefit from TENS therapy by Physiotherapy.
I hope I have answered your query.
