Brief Answer:
call 911/urgent care immediately...

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

I've gone through your query in details...

This is indeed a very scary situation as he may be in respiratory arrest already which could precipitate cardiac arrest too...

Please start CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) right away, call for help from the surrounding...

Call the 911 emergency urgent care right away!!

Meanwhile, continue chest compression 100-120 per minute and check his response...

Please don't panic, but don't delay any longer...

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take Care
Kind Regards
