Tumeric Powder Capsule Cause Throat Issue
Question: This evening i took a capsule filled with Tumeric powder. The capsule broke and i could taste the tumeric. Then started coughing which i never do. Now hours later, i stopped coughing but when i exhale while brething. Loud enough to record on a tape recorder, i eill br calling df in morning.. Have. You any recommendation? I do not appear to be out of breath, i think the problem is with n lower lobe of lung.

You can do gargles with salt-water or a cooking oil and this should help clear the throat. The throat should clear in 2-3 days. Drinking warm milk will also help.
If you notice excess mucous, you can take a tablet of Cetrizine 5 mg before sleeping for 2-3 days.
