Question: U S says fatty liver with mild nodularity.....liver elastrophy says no fibrosis....all blood test normal.....im confused

I think the ultrasound shows fat accumulation in liver. It can be mainly be triglycerides. It has not yet caused fibrosis or inflammation that's why the blood tests are normal.
