Brief Answer:
Consult a dietician

Detailed Answer:
You need to consult a dietician for a diet chart based on your eating habits, height, weight, BMI etc. Avoid carbohydrates, and fat. High protein and minerals is good. Most food products have the diet contents printed on the package.
There is no medication for fatty liver. Losing weight in the only way to reduce that. Avoid cholesterol. If you have irregular cycles, then you need hormonal medication after blood tests. You need a prescription for that.

Brief Answer:
See a diabetologist immediately

Detailed Answer:

Her FSH levels are high, consistent with PCOS. But her sugar levels are extreme. She is a diabetic. She needs to see a diabetologist as soon as possible and may even need insulin. Diabetes has its own complications. Her levels are high enough to cause serious problems.

Get her sugar levels normal first.

If she has irregular cycles, then she needs hormonal medication, for which she needs a prescriptions.

Hope this helps. Please write back if you have any more questions.
