Ultrasound Showed Fullness In Kidney. Could This Be The Result Of Full Bladder? No Stones Found

Thanks for the query.
Fullness of kidney means that, there is a small dilatation of the portion of kidney which collects urine and this happens due to obstruction of ureteropelvic junction ,which is the connection of renal pelvis with ureter.
This impedes drainage and causes urine to back up in kidney leading to increased pressure, flank pain and, in some cases, kidney damage.
Most often this happens due to abnormality of kidney development occurring prior to birth. However in some cases obstruction may occur after an injury or due to inflammation caused by some stone.
Since nothing has been found, you don't have to worry anything at the moment.
If you develop some pain in urination or pain in kidney area, then you may require a consultation with a urologist who can then assess to see if there is anything of concern.
I hope to have answered your query however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

A single episode of UTI can not cause it.
Moreover the UTI can be due to the fullness of kidney.
Thanks

You must get urine culture and sensitivity done.
In many females there can be various other causes for UTI like fungal infection( candidiasis ),sexually transmitted diseases like chlamydia or gonorrhea, interstitial cystitis etc.In such cases no bacteria may be found in urine.
Consult a urologist and get yourself investigated thoroughly.
Pending your visit to the urologist, you may do following things
Drink plenty of craneberry juice
Drink plenty of water( half of your weight in ounces,at least )
Take sugar free yoghurt.
Thanks

I simply enumerated different causes for repeated episodes of UTI and it doesn't mean that you may be having some serious reason behind it.
Repeated UTI are very common in females and is largely due to anatomical cause as anal opening is near to the vagina.
You go ahead with your holidays and enjoy your time out.
Just keep on taking plenty of water so that you keep on peeing resulting in dilute urine and flushing of even smallest infection.
Carry cranberry juice and drink it three times a day.
Stop worrying and make merry.
Wish you a very happy holiday time.
Thanks
