First of all I would recommend you to keep a good sleep hygiene. This means to have good sleep habits.
Sleep in a dark a room with fresh air. Don't sleep or take naps during day. Don't rest in bedroom during day. Do physical activity during day but not before sleep.
Don't drink coffee, energy drinks or alcohol before bed.
You can try valeriana, or melatonin supplements.
If you still have sleep problems you can start temazepam. In our clinic we have great results of using temazepam as first alternative on insomnia.
