Brief Answer:
You cannot be responsible for your body

Detailed Answer:
During sex, you or your partner's fingers, hands, or other object may be putting pressure on your bladder. If your bladder is already full you may feel the urge to pee when you get an erection or when when approaching orgasm. Your bladder may be getting confusing messages from your body before you get a full erection and soon after having an orgasm, and your bladder may start to empty if the stimulation of your bladder is too strong. There is nothing wrong about this. The embarrassment is only in your mind and depends upon how you look upon the whole event. There are people who feel that peeing on each other during the sexual act is arousing. So there is no reason for you to feel bad if you can take it in your stride and just laugh it off to your partner. You cannot be responsible for an act performed reflexively by your body. So you should not feel bad for urinating as it is no different from ejaculating.
