Urine Creatinine 7.60mg/dL What Does This Mean And Microalbumin Urine

Question: Urine Creatinine 7.60mg/dL what does this mean and Microalbumin Urine <1.2mg/dL
Brief Answer:
The urine creatinine is below the normal range.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The urine creatinine level is below the normal range and it indicates an impaired excretory function of the kidneys (creatinine is an excretory product eliminated by kidneys).
The urine microalbumin is in the normal range and there is no excess secretion of protein in the urine.
Conditions like chronic kidney disease must be ruled out. Additional investigations like ultrasound and renal function tests are required.
It's recommended to consult a nephrologist and s/he will direct you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
