Brief Answer:
Please provide few more details .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.
In view of presence of many RBC detected on routine urine analysis without having any symptoms can be due to the urine sample that was given for examination is mixed with blood .Many a times in females this happens when urine is collected unknowingly during menstruation .
If that is not the case I would suggest you to repeat urine analysis after a week or consult a qualified Urologist for following investigations
1) Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis .
3) Renal function tests .
Thanks and Regards.
