Brief Answer:
Need to be examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Underwear should not get wet because of urine leak. This means there is urinary incontinence. Please visit an urologist in your town to assess why there is urine leak in underwear.

2) Urine colour is fine.

3) No need to remove underwear during sleeping time.

4) Vagina discolouration to black needs to be evaluated by your gynecologist in person.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
