Vein On Forehead,stress,anger,blood Pressure

Thanks for writing to us.
A noticeable vein in the middle of your forehead that too pulsating is enough to cause distress.
Since you are thin built, you have lesser subcutaneous fat- a fat cushion layer that is normally present beneath our skin and covers up all these superficial structures to give a smooth looking skin.
A thinner layer of subcutaneous fat is not able to conceal your superficial veins properly which can be seen from outside.
Whenever you are angry, there is raised blood pressure, more of the blood goes to head and neck and similarly most of it is drained back making this vein to pulsate.
Let me reassure you that it is just a normal variation and you need not be distressed. A painless visible pulsating vein is not a health problem. There is no major health concern with you. Do not worry.
I you are too thin, i advice putting on some weight.
I hope my answer and recommendations are adequate and helpful. Waiting for your further follow up queries if any.
Regards.

Thanks for writing again.
The painless pulsatile visible vein per se is not a XXXXXXX thing but there may be some associated disorders which need to be treated like hypertension.
You need to monitor your blood pressure twice a week to rule out hypertension.
Migraine may be associated with increased intracranial tension and it is the capillaries which are more prone to rupture and cause hemorrhage and not the superficial veins.
Blurred vision, seeing a red dot and vomiting are typical symptoms of migraine and are not because of the pulsatile vein.
Wishing you an early recovery.
Regards.
