Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to "Ask a Doctor".
If you lost weight intentionally and have no other symptoms such as nausea, vomit or pain in stomach then there is no need to worry. This is expected and if you want to regain your weight then include more proteins in your diet which can be found in meat, pasta and protein shakes. However, if this weight loss was not intended or other symptoms are present then work up is required.
SOme common issues are coeliac disease, food allergy or inflammatory bowel disease and these are usually associated with diarhea.
TO rule this out you should do food allergy testing and colonoscopy.
Wish you good health. REgards
