Dear sir, for a vegetarian diet, it is very obvious to be deficient in essential nutrients. so the only way remains is to supplement the diet with some multivitamin capsules. though you have not mentioned any symptoms but please follow the plan for next 3 months
1. tab with B12 1500 mcg once every day
2. tab with vitamin D 60 k once every week
for brands , for b12 you may take cap becotrol by Pfizer once a day every night after dinner
and for vitamin D u May take lumia by Sun, or tayo or uprise D3. once a week at night.
do check ur levels of vitamin D and b12 after a period of 3 months and let me know.
