I'm sorry I do not understand your response
Brief Answer:
High leucocytes and neutrophils.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the attached test results you uploaded and you are having very high white blood cells and neutrophils.
This is something to worry about and to get further evaluated.
I think you may need to do a bone marrow smear to check the causes of it.
The white blood cells are too high to think of a simple infection so further evaluation is needed.
Also you can write me if you are having other symptoms that can gide me toward a disease.

I was told in October I had a 9cm fundal subserosal fibroid and retroflexed uterus. Dec 7 I was admitted to hospital with severe pelvic pain. They put me on iv antibiotics for the 8 days I was in hospital. They preformed a CT Scan with contrast, an abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound and an mri. All they told me was I had legions on ovaries.
I'm scared because they seem to be keeping information from me

Brief Answer:
You should get further evaluated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't think the elevated leucocytes levels may be related to any symptoms you recently had.
Fibrinoid and lesions on ovaries can't cause elevated leucocytes and neutrophils levels.
I think you may get further evaluated.

I dont know where else to go to be reevaluated. I just spent 8 days in the hospital and the doctors discharged me with no follow up appointments, I'm still in pain, with a prescription for antibiotics. I'm afraid they are withholding information that I need in order to get the right care. Please be honest does what I am going through sound like it could be cancer? Could that be why they are not telling me anything?
Brief Answer:
Visit a haematologist.
Detailed Answer:
I can't say whether it is cancer or not by the total blood count and formula.
I believe you should talk to a haematologist.
I think you may get tested for mononucleosis and if it still is negative you may need to do a bone marrow smear.
You don't have enough information for your diagnosis and you should have.
