Brief Answer:
It could be an infection or sperm antibodies

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I suggest you undergo further testing. The WBC could indicate some infection, so a sample should be examined for chlamydia, gonorrhea, parotitis virus, etc. Tests for antibodies against the spermatozoa and cilia-motility disease could also help clarify the cause of your slightly skewed semen analysis.

As of now, there is no medicine available to help with this.

For how long have you tried to conceive? Do you partner test normal in terms of infertility?

Best wishes.

Hi Anders

Thanks for your informative answer!

We've tried for around 14 months. My partners' tests are fine (blood and urine, HSG tube test).

I will get your recommended tests done. What are the exact names of the "tests for antibodies against the spermatozoa and cilia-motility disease"? Blood, urine or semen tests?

Do you recommend any supplements or anything else?

Many thanks!

Brief Answer:
Antisperm antibodies, IgG, IgA, IgM

Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX

I believe the tests are simply called Antisperm antibodies, IgG, IgA, IgM. They can be detected in ejaculate, and in blood. Hear the local lab what they prefer.

I don't recommend any supplements, but if you smoke and drink, you should try to stop. There are some types of medicine that can affect fertility, but as I read, you do not take any medicine.

Hope this helps.
