Brief Answer:
Please provide some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Can you provide some more information about your problem so I can advice you better and more accurately?

What is it pounding in the ear?- pain? Sensation? Noice?
Since how long have you had that pounding noice/pain/sensation?
Can you describe it in more detail?
Do you have other symptoms like difficulty hearing and gradually decrease in hearing?
Do you have discharge from the ear?
Is it one ear or both?
Have you ever been treated for the ear infections? How often did you had them, lets say the last one year?
How old are you? This is a very important information because in different age the ear infections are approached differently.

The more information you provide, better more accurate advice I will be able to give.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Kind regards,
Dr. Klarida Papaqako,
