Brief Answer:
Seems to be related to the ear.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and medications taken by you in the past.
First of all, I would like to reassure you that these are not suggestive of any serious neurological disease.
The most likely cause of your
tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and recent imbalance is related to ear dysfunction.
An ENT evaluation along with
audiometry would be helpful in confirming the diagnosis.
In addition, a detailed neurological examination should also be done to make sure there are no cerebellar signs.
Betahistine tablets may help reduce the severity of symptoms.
MRI brain may be done later, if symptoms persist.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
