Question: Hi Docter,

I am XXXXXXX I gave birth to a baby boy on 20-Feb (Normal Delivery)
Went through the normal process of oil bathing and all.
I would like to know about the physical exercises and related activities to be performed (when & what) hereafter to get weight reduced and to get relief from back pain.

Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
You can do the walking for 45mins om regular basis after one month.
You can go for yoga and exercise regularly ( weight lifting) after 3months.
Backache, you can do stretching exercise after 3months.
Irregular menstrual cycle after delivery of baby could be due to hormonal imbalance.
It could be due to Anaemia also, get her blood test like haemogram and thyroid profile and review with report.
Get your pelvic ultrasound to rule out the cause of the same.
Eat lots of vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of warm water.
