Hello,
For mild to moderate acne you may use benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at daytime. For night application I would suggest combination of Adapalene 0.1% gel along with clindamycin 1% gel. For inflammatory acne you might also need to rake oral antiacne antibiotics for example doxycycline or minocycline Or oral isotretinoin. One can reduce acne scars with chemical peeling, dermabrasion or laser resurfacing depending on the severity and type of acne scars.
