Brief Answer:
High Hb , LDH, bilirubin - recommendation to consult a hematologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your blood report.
The report shows high hemoglobin 9Hb), hematocrit (HCT) and high RBC count.
This can be due to dehydration, physiological conditions like high altitude, smokers or less commonly in condition called polycythemia vera.
I suggest you to get complete blood counts done every six months.
Biochemistry shows mildly increased bilirubin and increased ALP and SGPT.
This may be due to alcohol consumption. Stoppage of alcohol can help to bring these parameters back to normal.
An increase in LDH along with increase in bilirubin can be due to hemolysis.
An increase in LDL can be initially controlled with reduction in fatty food items and exercise.
If this does not work then you may need to consult a physician.
On the basis of your blood findings, I suggest you to consult a hematologist for further work up

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
