Question: Want to take opinion on my brother's neurologic condition. He had a stroke in August 2018, was hospitalized and discharged in stable condition. On Hypertension meds and Neuro meds. Currently, has left arm numbness and face not 100% normal, some tingling in left leg also, speech is better. Doctor said it will take months to recover completely.
