He was not getting fever from last 3 days and even his smell & taste are back now.
He does not have Cough & cold and not even nose congestion.
But today again he has fever - 100 degrees. Currently he has taken Dolo but do we need to worry about anything. Do we need to take some new medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
1. No need for taking Oseltamivir unless spo2 is less than 95 %, You can start Ivermectin
2. Ivermectin for 3 days one tablet taken in the night after food.
3. repeat RT PCT after 14 days of first test.
Need not worry, there could be worsening of symptoms now and then within 14 days. Keep an eye on Spo2
Regards
