Was Given Sebowash And Stieprox To Use. Which Alternative Lotion To Use For Severe Dandruff?

Question: Which alternative lotion can I use instead of Dipsalic F for severe dandruff on my scalp.Doctor has given me 2 shampoos---sebowash and stieprox,as well,to use.
Dipsalic lotion is not available easily,and also I have checked on this site that it is steroid and not advised.so,what do you advise?

Sebowash and stieprox are good for dandruff.

Ya please stop Dipsalic. It is very strong steroid and may harm your skin.

Use both the shampoos on alternate days.
